who has sold their house recently?
how long did it take? i know it's an awful time of year to have one listed, but i wasn't expecting it to be this slow of a market.

that's my mindset too re: if ours isn't showing the one we want isn't either...
i knew it was going to be slow, but i didn't expect *this* slow. the guy down the street from us pulled his after 4 months of no showings, we're closing in on 2 months of no showings. we're revising our listing after the 1st of the year to have it pop up under new/revised listings again to get it more looks.

have you guys had any showings? if i remember correctly you listed right after we did.
