Christmas brunch ideas, please
I am starting a new tradition of hosting a Christmas brunch this year in hopes that it will avoid dragging our kids all over creation on Christmas day. It worked this year at least. I am looking for some ideas for food and drinks. So far we have: breakfast egg casserole, bagels, hashbrown casserole, and homeade blintzes (like a crepe). I was also thinking mimosas for the adults. Any other ideas to add? I think I probably need a meat. TIA.

a fruit tray? coffee/tea option if that's not too difficult? easy is key! (i realize you have a toddler and babies at home!) have fun and good luck!

I would also cook some sausage and bacon to add to that.
I know you said you needed a meat, but the first thing that came to mind when I saw "brunch" was French Toast Casserole....it's super easy and everyone loves it!

As far as meat goes, you could do a spiral ham.
I was going to say that as well. I made it for a breakfast at work last month and it was a hit. I used the Paula Deen recipe.
