To the PG girls/Moms...

1. When did you all test? If it was before missed period, by how many days?

2. Did you have any "signs or symptoms" like cramping, sore boobs, etc; or is it normal not to have any?

Hope everyone is having a great day =)

    1. When did you all test? If it was before missed period, by how many days? I got negative on xmas and a positive on the 28th. Was not planning to test again but ... see #2

ETA: period was due the next day.

    2. Did you have any "signs or symptoms" like cramping, sore boobs, etc; or is it normal not to have any? My roommate walked past me with some chicken maranated in mojo and the citrus smell sent me running for the porcelin god. I did have slight lower abdomen cramping all that week and thought nothing of it but it was a sign. A few days later the sore tata's started.

Hope everyone is having a great day =)

  • You need to test and tell us!

I tested 5 days before I missed my period.  I just wasn't feeling right.  I had a lot of cramping and my boobs really really hurt.  Yes, it is normal to not have any tenderness or cramping.

    Good Luck!

  • I tested the day after my missed period. It was positive!

I basically felt as though my period was about to come, so no different, really.

I felt like my period was going to start any second. I was in shock when both lines came up (even though we had been trying for a longggg time)

I tested 10 DPO, my period was not due for 4-6 days. I had no symptoms, just POAS crazy. I had also tested 9 DPO and got a BFN. Everyone is different, some do not get a BFP until several days after their period is due.

  • With DD, I tested the day before AF was supposed to show up. With this one, I think I was 11 DPO when I got my BFP. No obvious pg symptoms except for dizziness a few days before I got a positive test.

  • Laney, I'll be thinking of you and hope for a BFP.  Give it a couple days and then test again (make sure it is first thing in the morning).

  • I tested on 10 dpo - it was very faint and it was 4 days before my period. I had some weird cramping on 3-4dpo and higher temperatures with my charting. GL!
  • 1. I was a week late, so I tested.

    2.  My boobs hurt a bit, but I was already 5 weeks when I found out, as we weren't planning.  I think I only noticed the soreness for a day a so before I tested.

  • Sorry I'm late on this! I haven't been around much the past few days! :)

     1. When did you all test? If it was before missed period, by how many days? I was 4 days late. We weren't trying to get pg, so I thought my cycle was all messed up since I had only been off BCP about 6 months. Looking back, I should've know something was up because except for the first cycle off BCP, my cycles were every 35 days like clockwork.

    2. Did you have any "signs or symptoms" like cramping, sore boobs, etc; or is it normal not to have any? I had cramping and sore boobs, but I thought it was because my period was going to come at anytime. I didn't feel any different, but again, looking back, I had this weird aversion to meat the entire week before I got my BFP.
