Well I finally got my Christmas decorating done. Feel free to laugh... I'm new at this, and honestly it makes me laugh. But hey, at least it makes me happy right?
Remember this vase I picked up in the summer? I filled it with dollar store ornaments from the dollar store. V now affectionately refers to this as my "bucket o' Christmas". I believe all of the ornaments in here cost less than $5!
I first did this last year... this is next to my bathroom (temporarily replacing 2 framed pics I had there before). For some reason all of the Christmas cards we've received so far had a blue theme.

As per auntb's suggestion, I replaced the clock with a wreath (you can't really see in the pic but this wreath is delightfully sparkly). Then I took the silver & purple ornament from Susi as a cue, and hung up some sparkly purple beaded garlands with some silver diso-ball-esque ornaments.
Susi's ornament looks perfect in the middle.

Finally, I really have to giggle at this. We have no space for a tree so V surprised me with this potted "tree" which is really more of a shrub. The ornaments are actually wine glass charms. It looks a little sparse but this "tree" really can't handle much more than this, haha.
I tried to find window clings for that window as eeeeva suggested but couldn't... and V refuses to humour me in making old-fashioned paper cutout snowflakes, haha.
So there you have it, Christmas at Ringy's!
