1. What was your favorite Christmas song? Anything Nat King Cole, and I always loved Away in a Manger and Up on the Housetop
2. What did you most look forward to about Christmas? Everything!!!!
3. What Christmas tradition(s) did you love most? Trading years putting the angel on the tree, Sleeping in the hallway in sleeping bags w/ my brother. Waiting at the top of the stairs while dad got the video camera set up.
4. Did you leave cookies/milk for Santa? Definitely! Anything for the reindeer? Always carrots or some such snack. One year I bought a jingle bell for each one too.
5. Did you do Christmas Programs at school? Yep! If so, what was your favorite song to sing? I loved singing "Must Be Santa" and "I'm Getting Nuttin' for Christmas"
1. What was your favorite Christmas song? I loved them all. We played choral Christmas records as we decorated and I always looked forward to that.
2. What did you most look forward to about Christmas? Making the house look all Christmasy, seeing family, writing my letter to Santa, Christmas morning with my mom and Poppa.
3. What Christmas tradition(s) did you love most? Decorating the house with our Christmas music, me not being allowed to go into the living room and see the tree until my Poppa got thee.
4. Did you leave cookies/milk for Santa? Anything for the reindeer? I did, and my Poppa always wrote me a letter back from "Santa".
I have them all still which is especially precious to me now that he has passed this year. We left carrots for the reindeer and milk & cookies for Santa.
5. Did you do Christmas Programs at school? If so, what was your favorite song to sing? We always did Christmas programs, it was my turn for the choral program in 1st grade I believe and then later on I did them for orchestra and band starting in 4th grade. Then by jr high/high school we had them every year.

When you were younger...
1. What was your favorite Christmas song?Percy the Puny Ponsettia, or Grandma got Run over by a Reindeer.
2. What did you most look forward to about Christmas?Getting to stay up way way late and watch Holiday moments on Channel 13 when we were supposed to be sleeping....
3. What Christmas tradition(s) did you love most? hmm, it used to be Christmas Eve at my Grandparents house but since she has been gone it really doesnt happen.
4. Did you leave cookies/milk for Santa? Anything for the reindeer?We did leave cookies for Santa, but no milk (cause my dad wouldnt drink it) and I think once we left veggies for the deer
5. Did you do Christmas Programs at school? If so, what was your favorite song to sing? Yes, we did Christmas programs and one year I played Mrs. Claus....and I dont think I could choose a favorite...maybe up on the housetop, cause we did signing with it too.
