Third Person Thursday
Shelley is trying to stay focused at work while drinking her salted caramel hot chocolate.
Shelley is ready for Christmas. All she has left to do is package her cookies and cake balls in tins, bake a loaf of beer bread, and make 2 dips.
Shelley is getting her review this morning. Shelley is not nervous because her boss told her last night that he will be rating her higher than she rated herself. Shelley also found out she is getting a bigger than average raise! That has Shelley excited!

Shaina is waiting for DH to get home so she doesn't have to go to the grocery store by herself.
Shaina is dreading the 26th and MIL's. Apparently it's brunch, but when DH asked MIL she only said some eggs and sausage. That IS NOT brunch.
Shaina also hates that DH gets all his info about his grandfather from BIL. WTF MIL pick up the flucking phone and call both of your sons.
Wives Unscripted
Dani is anxious to get this Christmas show on the road.
Dani really hopes it snows on Sunday night and she doesn't have to go to work on Monday.
Dani is starting to think she's the only one on this board who doesn't bake Christmas cookies.
Alicia is getting really bored at work. She only has about an hour and a half left and cannot freaking wait to go home.
Alicia has a lot of baking to do over the next few days, but she likes doing it.
Alicia doesn't like going to MIL's on Christmas morning. Last time Alicia went to MIL's for Christmas morning MIL made a huge breakfast (Alicia is not a big breakfast person) and then she tried to make Alicia's dad's pancakes to make her feel more at home. This made Alicia more homesick. Alicia would like to separate traditions between the two families, not merge them.
Wendy has stuff to do but really does not feel like being at work because of all the necessary shopping she needs to get done.
Wendy is thrilled that she is finally up to doing things around the house but is overwhelmed by how much needs to be done in the next two days.
Wendy hates, hates, hates iron supplements. Ugh nft
Whitney is super angry at her chart and her body. She knew she was setting herself up for disappointment but was hoping for a miracle.
Whitney is nervous about this trip back home. Last years had fun moments but she ended up having a lot of anxiety issues. That coupled with the above topic is making her nervous that this year could be a disaster.

Juliana is wondering what the point of hanging a stocking up for herself is... not like dh is goign to fill it up.
Juliana's belly moves just like santas... like a bowl full of jelly.
Juliana doenst want to go outside to warm her car up, because its FREEZIN.
Juliana can't wait for a five day weekend!
Melissa spent the morning doing some baking, prepping other cookie doughs, and making egg rolls for Christmas Eve.
Melissa is fed up with her dog today too and it's only noon. He has been barking nonstop all morning and is currently sitting next to her slightly grunting and growling. She loves him to death, but today is a day she wishes he would just shut up.
Melissa is also so angry at her car insurance company. She read-ended a woman a few months ago going at most one mile per hour...no joke. Melissa and her DH wanted to just pay the lady knowing it wouldn't be a crazy amount. She would not let that happen. So they had to go through insurance. Even though they only paid out $700 their insurance is going up $500 a year for the next three years. This wouldn't have happened if the stupid lady just let them pay her. She knows it was her fault, but it still just seems ridiculous.
Autumn wants to wish all of her fellow nesties a Merry Christmas! Autumn loves youuu!
