Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: Merry Christmas to me!!
I opened up my paycheck today to find that I got a 5% raise, which is 2% more than the standard raise this year. 
The Board approved a 3% raise, but I knew some people were getting an adjusted raise (either up or down) so I was just hoping mine wasn't lower than 3%. I am pretty pumped.
Also, Santa left me a $50 gift card to Williams-Sonoma!!! I am guessing it was my boss, but I will have to do more investigation (aka ask my coworker when she comes in because she got a Santa gift too).
