We are heading to Naples after x-mas and are looking for some things to do with the babies. It's gonna be on the chilly side the first part of the week so the pool or beach is out until the 70's surface. Is the zoo worth checking out? I'm not setting my expectations high because we have a pretty sweet zoo, here in Chicago, but it's something the babies might enjoy. I know most of you are not from the Naples area, but does anyone have any other suggestions of things to do in Naples or close by? Thanks!

Re: Naples Zoo, anyone?
By chance, do you recall what they charged for admission?
I live in Naples and it took me a while to come up with just a few things you could do:
King Richards - family fun park - rides for the kids, games, go-carts, batting cages, and a small water park area
Naples Pier - you can watch the fisherman and almost always see dolphins
Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary - Hiking trails to see wildlife
Marco Island - I love Marco...there are things to do, but you should have a plan before you go.
5th Avenue - Upscale shopping and restaurants
Naples Princess - a sightseeing cruise
Hope that helps!!! Enjoy your trip!
