An update on me/baby
We canceled my c-section today since baby is head down and I'm scheduled to be induced at 6am on Sunday! I was 3 cm and almost completely effaced today, and they stripped my membranes, so we'll see if I make it to Sunday or if she decides to come sooner. My Mom is coming up this evening to stay with us just in case she comes early and now we may end up having the entire family at our house for Christmas, but at least I won't have to do any of the cooking 
And on a sad note, DH's Grandmother passed away this morning. The funeral won't be until Monday or Tuesday, so with baby coming Sunday DH still should be able to go.
