As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Job Update part deux!
Finally heard back from the owner today. He called me so early this morning that I wasn't dressed yet and so I had to negotiate in my underwear. I asked him about the pay and he said that what he offered was what his son was making. I said that now that I have more experience and technically will be doing two jobs that I think that deems more money. We settled in the middle and I'm getting a $10K raise!
Extra bonus: he offered DH a job too! It's just as the custodian of our new building, but it pays $2 more than what he makes on unemployment, is full time and has my same benefits. And he can work at night, so if he's still doing it come baby time then that will work great!
