Remember we had a post a few weeks ago about how good your H is with gift-giving?
How did everyone's H do?
Re: Sooo how did your H do?
Mine did really well! (although I suggested we make lists for each other next year so it would be easier to shop)
We stuffed stockings for each other and then had a few extra gifts on the side. It started off kind of disappointing - my H put a lint roller in the top of my stocking (I had been complaining about needing one and not having it, lol). I looove paper products so I got a bunch of cute stickies and notepads, he got me one of those Hello Kitty watches from McDs (so cute!), a giftcard to get a pedicure (score!), Cake Mania game for Wii (i am addicted to the iPhone app one), and this amazingly cute apron. We had a great Christmas but I was super exhausted because I had to work in the morning, then come home and cook dinner.
As usual, my hubby did amazing!
He bought be a new 50mm lens for my camera and a pretty silver Kitchenaid Mixer! I was expecting the lens since that's all I have been talking about, but he threw in the mixer too which totally shocked me!
He is so good at gift giving and I can never surprise him, it sucks
One of these days I will do GREAT...one of these days!!

Have both of these and LOVE both of these. Your hubby did an awesome job!
I've been eyeing a manual P&S that's easy to carry around (vs DSLR) during certain trips and when we're around town. LOVE IT!! It was a total surprise. I had mentioned it a couple times, but didn't think that he would actually get it for me. I'm excited to try it out.
nice gifts everyone!
DH bought me a new macbook pro (yay). BUT, UPS lost it for a few days and it didn't arrive until after christmas. Oh well. unwrapping a small light box with a picture of it make it more surprising. I didn't think he was getting me anything (he said he wasn't) so I bought a new northface ski coat for myself so I guess I got 2 really nice gifts.
Actually the most shocking and favorite gift was from my grandma (and grandpa but I doubt he had anything to do with it). She remembered I was looking at bedding in a pottery barn catalog when she use to come over to hang out with me after Jack was born. I doubt she had ever even heard of PB. She also got Jack a cute PB Kids sleeping bag with his name on it.
wow, nice gifts! what thoughtful H's (and grandmas!)
we didn't exchange gifts this year - we bought a groupon a while back for a private glassblowing lesson, and agreed that'd be our gift to each other. it'll force us to take some time away from baby! maybe we'll make it a "date day"
The Kitchenaid is such an awesome gift....I use mine all the time. It's one of my favorite gifts of all time. You'll love it!
MH did fantastic this year. He's usually pretty good at thinking of things I'd like, even though he doesn't take hints well (he totally missed the two things of makeup that were empty that I put by his sink in our bathroom, hoping to have fresh ones in my stocking....oh, well! He just said "I wondered why those were there, I wondered if you wanted me to throw them out for you!")!
Anyway, I can't complain one bit, since he got me the most beautiful pair of aquamarine and diamond earrings (aquamarine is my birthstone and my favorite stone). I've been wearing them everywhere in the past week!
(this pic is making them look gold, but they're actually white gold)
My DH sucks at gift giving!!! I never ever get any gifts anymore so I suggested that we just exchange orniments. Well I didn't even get a freaking orniment!! Oh well. My DH is wonderful in pretty much every other way so I won't complain.
