I just got evaluated. I have been with the county for over a year. I spent 9 months in the Civil Defense ( the same building that all our Board SUpervisors) for about 10 months. Never have I or ANYONE else I have worked with been evaluated. I am hurt, pissed, frustrated an humiliated. Just a couple of things she said.
I am late. 90% of the time I am here before her. If I am late its no more than 5 mins at the most.
I have worn jeans twice since I've been here. Both times on Friday with nice shirts nad heels. She says no one in administration wears jeans. I always wore jeans at CD. Everyone in every department I have seen wears jeans on Friday, One of the Boards members secretary wears sweat suits on Friday.
I'm just to uppset right now. I feel like she blind sided me. She also said so many other things. She basically told me she was tired of having to explain how to do things. This really F****** sucks.

Wow - that's completely unfair. I had the same thing happen with me with a previous boss I had - totally got blindsided.
Is this going in your work file at all? If yes, then I would take a day or two to cool down, and write out a response to the negative comments she had for you. Then, ask if you can have a meeting to follow up on some questions and concerns you have, and go over with her what you wrote down. If you feel the evaluation wasn't fair, then write that - nicely - but you need to have something in your file to counteract it.
The jeans thing sounds like total BS.
