You home? How were the roads?
Re: .:Marcy:.
3 hours later....we're home.
We saw a ton of spin outs on the highway, it was insane. We left at 3:30 and on our way home at 6:00pm we finally started seeing plows (it started snowing around 11am).
It was pretty bad and there were a lot of vehicles on the road not equipped to drive in this weather, and a lot of petrified drivers that shouldn't have been on the road as well.
My new car handled perfectly, I was like a proud mama. LOL
Happy to be home, but so happy to have done such an awesome thing. My SIL cried, the girlfriends screamed, it was all really really sweet.
what kind of car do u have? I didn't know u got a new one.
I bought a 2010 Honda CRV in June.
When I bought it, I really loved my other car, but it financially didn't make any sense to keep it. So far I really don't have much of an emotional attachment to my CRV so even to this day, I don't really "love" my car.
It's a great car, but it's just a car.
I realize how bizarre this sounds.
A) I don't think that sounds bizarre at all. A car is a big purchase. You're bound to have some sort of relationship with it.

Mine is AWD. My dad has the same year/model as yours and he LOVES it. Hasn't had a problem in any weather, and has almost 200,000 miles on it.
