Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Maybe I'm mental... (you'll laugh at me)
Since DH's nephew was born three years ago, MIL makes DH dress up like Santa at the Christmas party for her side of the family. Not that he really minds though. He talks to nephew and asks him if he's been good or bad etc. Well... seeing DH in a Santa suit FREAKS ME THE HELL OUT!! I don't know why, but when he's dressed up like that and being all loud and obnoxious I do not want to be around or have anything to do with him. MIL made him do it this past Sunday for FIL's side and made everyone sit on his lap for a picture. I really really did not want to, but she was getting mad because she couldn't get her f-ing picture of me sitting on his lap so I did it to keep the peace. The family was like "how about a kiss?" OH NO, I'm sorry I am not kissing DH when he has a freaky ill fitting white beard on. I don't care who wants me to. So that's done and over with, whatever, but now I find out he has to do it AGAIN tonight. WHY?!?! Nephew is the only person under 15 in the whole family and he just saw Santa sunday. Why do I have to be tourmented with this again?!??!?

I don't think you are mental. I think it's ok that you are no attracted to you DH as a fat, obnoxious old dude who takes credit for all the hard christmas shopping we do.
