Momofuku's Crack Pie
So I made this for Christimas. It's quite good, but I think dubbing it "crack pie" is a bit much. Maybe 'shroom pie or Ecstasy pie -- something you enjoyed enough to think "I'd like to do that again" and not "MUST.DO.AGAIN".
The part where the crust and topping meet melds together into this super sticky, delightful substance. It's the very best part. Overall, the pie is really, really sweet. And I like sweet.

I haven't gotten to flip through PW's cookbook too much, but it's all the same ressypees that you can get from her site. I just liked having the step by step pictures available, so I wanted the book anyway. It's a little bit busy -- they crammed in a lot of photos of the ranch and her kids and all that other crap. I wish they had left that stuff out and made the step by step photos bigger.
