um...one of the botbtards just named her kid kimo.

like...would that be pronounced CHEMO?

key-mo?

cause...and I know that people question my right to judge baby names, (but funk that) that sucks.

right?

kimo sucks.

as a name.

but as a cancer treatment I understand it to be quite miraculous.

  • Maybe people with cancer can just babysit her kid as their treatment instead?

  • Maybe she was thinking of Keno?  I have a positive association with that.

Edit:  Oh no, wait.  I was thinking of Plinko.  Now there's a name.

Do we know how Oisin is pronounced?  Is it like poison or some fancy prononciation like Wa-sawn?

Im thinking it might be a hawaiian name?

I guess they decided not to go with leeboy? (liboi? from shallow hal?)

Its not fair that his brother is named nicolas. they should have gone all in...chemo and dialysis...or chemo and radiation therapy...chemo and catheter?

    nick and chemo.

  • They should have named his brother Luke Imeeya.  They could have battles for supremacy.

  • Yes,it's hawaiian. And not to get all defensive but the poor girl had many losses and was on bed rest in the hospital for a good few months and is very lucky the boys are ok. Considering she is Polynesian herself, it's not that bad of a name.

  • Setting aside the whole "chemo" thing I don't mind Kimo as a name.  At least it is pronounceable.

  • Oh moo, it's no different than the time you came to defend trixie. I just think some things can be left alone. That's just my opinion and can state it if I please.

  • Before this turns into a pointless back and forth of "Everyone's entitled to their opinion," a la Ready, can we please pause for a moment to give angie's clever little quip the proper recognition?

  • Oh good lord....this is the woman dispensing meds to people:

I read some things on line but I didnt find a reputable educational site, so I figured I might ask you guys - you are just as reputable. lol!

turkey baster insemination - does it actually work?

if yes, how long can the sperm live in the cup? do you have to put them in the fridge?

sometimes I wont see my spouse for a few days due to work schedules and if we could turkey baster.. that would be ideal when the good days line up on the bad schedule days.

  • aw, what the fudge? my replies keep disappearing!

I was trying to say that I wanted to honor my polish jew heritage with the naming of my first child...but naturally- EVERYONE thought the choice was terrible, no good, and even very bad.

They said Elka is a sucky name that sucked.

I didn't cry wherefore werst they forsaking my heritage! I just told everyone to eat sh!t and picked an even MORE off the wall name! (not on purpose, my taste just runs ecclectic.)

I think if you saddle a child (whatever his heritage) with a name that is pronounced Chemo, you should expect to hear about it.

It isn't like chemo isn't a household word.

  • I need to know what pharmacy she works at so I can never ever go there.
  • I have a dog named Elka. I didn't know it was polish. Its short for El Camino. Telling people its polish will be a lot less embarrassing.
  • I don't hate Elka. I just think of the virgin on Real World Boston.
