I just saw this on Good Morning America. Apparently Leon thought his wife was having an affair, and he knew where she kept her passwords, so he logged into her email, discovered she was having an affair (with her previous husband). Now she's pressing charges against him for reading her email. WDYT?
This article is from USA Today.
Re: HTT: husband faces prison for reading wife's email
Sounds to me like she was embarrassed and retaliating. Refusing to admit what she had done was wrong so she turned the blame on someone else to get the focus off her.
I wouldn't be cool with Clint reading my emails, but at the same time, I shouldn't be doing anything on there that would cause him concern.
You nailed it.
And it's too bad that he had her child's best interest at heart and gets this in return.

I won't front - if I thought DH was having an affair and that the answer might be in his email, you can BET I'd go looking. And I wouldn't apologize for it either.
Frankly, you don't know what you'd do until you're confronted with a particularl situation. You may think you do, but you just don't. I do know what I'd do because I spent too many years wondering if my ex was having an affair, and then finding out that not only did he have MANY affairs, he supposedly got someone pregnant during that time (she later "lost the baby" so I'm doubtful she ever was pg, but you just never know).
Make no mistake - I wouldn't look for confirmation so I could confront the worthless SOB or his slimy slut, I'd be looking simply so when I filed for divorce, I knew exactly what I was dealing with ... particularly when it comes to having children with the $*(#&*(&^.
If he's too stupid to keep it hidden better than leaving the evidence in an email account he knows I'm aware of, I'm not too stupid to make use of it.
