So this chick I went to high school with popped up on my friends you may know. We have a long history of basically stabbing each other in the back. We were "friends" but not really. We dated a couple of the same boys and just pretended to like each other to find out information. We both understood this to be the nature of our relationship. We spoke and hung out until I was around 20 (just before DH and I started dating). I don't really remember what happened but I'm sure it was guy related. She's one of those people that run through my mind every now and then. Had the situation been different I think we could have been good friends. So I sent her a message just saying hey I know we have a long bad history but I think about you every now and then and hope you're doing well. I didn't friend request her because I would understand if she didn't want to be. To me it's ancient history but I wouldn't blame her for holding a grudge. Well she didn't respond but did friend request me. I just think that's weird. What do you think?
On a funny note, she's almost 2 years older than me. We sorta look alike and she used to lend me her license so I could go to the clubs. I had a couple of fake IDs after we stopped talking but neither worked as well.
