Eastside Realtors-Suggestions?
So we haven't found a renter for our condo in Anderson and think we might have to put it back on the market. I wasn't impressed with our realtor last time, so-suggestions please?! Thanks ladies.
We would also be willing to use someone who would solely provide a MLS number and we would do the open house, etc.

We used Pat(ricia) Chrysler of Remax and highly recommend her. She's been buying and selling full time in the Cincinnati area for over 20 years. Pat will give you very honest (but constructive and helpful) opinions. Very much like a friend.
When we were looking to buy she would tell us stories about her listings as we cit chatted (no pressure at all for us to buy them though because they weren't at all "right" for us). I remember she had a condo listed for a client in which there were 2 others in the same complex listed lower. She ended up selling hers even though it was more expensive than the others.
Also, when we remodeled our kitchen after closing she helped us choose what to put in to maximize our return at resale for the future. At this point we were no longer her clients so she didn't have any real need to help us but she still did.

I used to work with Cassie before she became a relator. Nice lady. We are using Elizabeth Waits from Sibcy Cline. She works with her husband and daughter (I am assuming that is them) and specializes in Anderson. She is great. Very honest and gives us the level of service we are looking for not just overloading us with crap. Good luck. She has tons of listings and is very well known in that area.
