Morning. I'm so sick of this cold sh!t! I'm freezing all.the.time and am so over it!
Good news! The effects of weight loss on my health are starting to show. I had a great follow-up with my internist. All my labs are showing vast improvements and even my liver enzymes are in the normal range now. My doctor was practically giddy! I don't have to go back for 6 months.
Now, if only my willpower would get back from vacation, that would be nice. I did so well for breakfast and lunch yesterday, but was starving for dinner and the leftover ham (BTW, I'm so freaking sick of ham) wasn't cutting it.

Good morning. I am EXHAUSTED. I left my parents house in Woodstock at 4:30am and now, I have been at work for an hour. That's in addition to the hellaciously exhausting last 5 days I've had which include: 2 days at the hospital w/my mom, being iced in, making dinner and breakfast EVERYDAY, traveling to see in-laws (in the snow and ice..), and having my neurotic grandmother around. I am going to PASS OUT tonight.
*done whining*
I am THRILLED its suposed to be warm this weekend. Ya know why?! My usually white car has been a hazy shade of winter ALL DECEMBER. I cannot get it washed if it is BELOW FREEZING!!! My Lily is so ready for a bath!
