What did everyone get for gifts?
MH was really paying attention. He gets an A+.
I don't know if I mentioned that I fell down the basement stairs when putting up Christmas decorations a few weeks ago? I'm fine, except for a big bruise on my leg, but I did rip my favorite pair of jeans. So DH went & bought me the same pair. He brought the ripped jeans to the store & had an associate help him find the same style. I thought that was a really sweet effort. The jeans aren't actually the same, but I still like them. A for effort.
I also got an ereader, a pandora bracelet, a stool for my vanity, he framed some pictures from our vacation, some clothes & a really nice winter jacket, gloves & hat. I think I'm missing something, but I'm not sure.
Oh & a Shark steam mop. I asked for this but he didn't want to give it to me as a present, so I opened it up before Christmas. LOL.

From DH - A really cute teal Coach wallet, an amazing Cole Haan Bag, a valet key chain, 2 Kate Spade bracelets, shoe stretchers (one of my favorite gifts), a very thoughtful but horribly ugly sterling silver earring/necklace set, and a bunch of fun stocking stuffers like the twisty turby hair towels! lol.
From the ILs - A total surprise FIL got me a KitchenAid Stand Mixer!!!! Eeek! MIL got me a GC for Amazon, a few make up items I've been wanting and a really cute Kate Spade IPhone case. GMIL got me a Kindle and I couldn't be more excited about it!!!
My BFF got me a DVF Kindle cover and it's super cute!
Like I said I was spoiled this year, most likely my best Christmas ever.

But I have been playing with DD's toys and I'm sore!! Santa brought her a trampoline, a basketball goal (her last one fell on my car and broke) and Xbox Kinect.

OMG, Liz, I don't know if your siggy pic is new or not, but it's the first time I saw it and I'm dying. So cute. (I usually can't see your siggy pics and some others because you must use photobucket and it's blocked at work.)
We've only had Christmas at my mom's, but as usual, I'm the most spoiled of them all. Little stuff, but it's good. Lots of Victoria's Secret Vanilla Lace stuff because I heard a rumor, that better be false, that they're discontinuing it.
H, Lily, and I are doing Xmas when we get home, but that's what I'm most excited for. I can't wait to see what Lily got me :-)
My silly Lily is almost 4.
MH really hit the nail on the head this year with a black and white diamond right hand ring! He always goes to the same jewelry store where they keep a "wish list" for me on file. I went in last month and picked out diamond earrings, but I didn't really want them just yet. While I was there I really wanted to look in their new black diamond case but couldn't get up the nerve because I thought it would be insanely expensive. I never mentioned it to H so when I opened the ring I was shocked and so excited! I love it!
I also got a gift card to DSW, Christmas candy, and teaching books that I wanted (Teach Like a Champion and How to Motivate Students that Don't Care). (Forgive the lack of underline, I'm on a Mac.)
From ILs and parents, we both got checks.
I'm feeling too lazy to type out everything I got, but I was really spoiled this year- especially by H. I told him he shouldn't went overboard, but when it said it was because I am carrying his child, I decided, okay I deserve it then
He made sure I got everything I wanted/needed and so much more. I was really only looking forward to what Beckett was getting, so I was surprised by my family's generosity this year!
But the best Christmas gift was DS decided to make Christmas week the week he finally became potty trained. I can not tell you how excited by this I am.
Well, after I ruined DH's surprise for his original gift for me, he lied to me and said that my replacement gift was stuck in Arizona. He totally had me surprised when, after every single present had been unwrapped by everyone else, he pulled a box out of my stocking. He got me beautiful sapphire stud earrings that match my engagement ring perfectly. This is the first time he has ever bought me something that was frivolous and not practical and I was very happy for that departure for once.
Other than that, my mom got me a gc to Sephora that I have plans for and my sister bought me a cute, custom made strap for my camera. My MIL gave me an indoor herb growing set and my BIL gave me a calligraphy set. Neither are things I would have asked for, but they were nice and I'll give them each a try.

haha Aiden walked around Downtown Disney like that for like 3 or 4 hours! lol Everyone thought it was pretty funny and he would not take them off! lol

DH got me a new bike. And he also got me a jewlery box from things remembered (I'm not supposed to know about this yet, it doesn't get delivered until the 29th).
I got a bracelet from my mom that has DD's name on it.
I also got a kindle from my inlaws. As well as a bissel spot remover.
H and I didn't exchange gifts. Which is totally cool, because I don't really need anything.

I've been wanting to try Bare Escentuals so I'm going to buy a starter kit. I can't stand wearing liquid foundation so I think this is a good solution for me.
I got a lot of awesome gifts this year too!!! H spoiled me with a new Coach bag, some gc's, cds & dvds(including Eclipse yay!) and some cute snowman serveware that I have been wanting. My MIL took me shopping at GAP for new jeans and tops and for new black boots at Nine West so I was excited, my parents gave us an awesome wireless printer, gc's, slippers, USF Santa hat a Vera planner and other cute stuff, it was a great Christmas!
I also got spoiled. I got me a new laptop, a monogrammed doormat for the new house, a book on upholstery, and upholstery fabric (I want to make an upholstered bed, similar to what Mrs.CPH did). I also got a giant steel pot with strainer and steamer inserts and ladder (I'm a geek, I love stuff from Home Depot and Lowe's), a photo collage wall art thingie, gift cards to Best Buy, and enough cash to buy a washer and dryer (and half a refrigerator) when we move into the house.

PAIF/SAIF/PGAL welcome
A black and white diamond necklace (the open hearts kind from Jared), pink sapphire earrings, a video camera and accessories, an engraved frame for pics of H, me and the baby once she arrives, an engraved ornament for our first Christmas as Mr & Mrs. A bunch of gift cards, cash, chocolate, makeup, kitchen stuff, etc.
Kennedy also made out pretty good! She got lots of toys and books and H and I went to Build A Bear and made her a bear for her nursery.
I'm sorry, but anytime I see those open heart commercials, I can only see a set of nuts or butts hanging from the chain. I'm so 13 y.o. sometimes.
Everyone got such great stuff!
H and I just bought an SLR camera that is really our gift to each other, but he also got me a good book to teach me how to use it and Photoshop Elements. It's on my bucket list to learn how to use a nice camera so I have my work cut out for me! He also got me the sweetest handblown glass snowman ornament from the holiday shops at Grand Central. I've had my eye on it for years.
I got some other little stuff from family - my dad got me an Amazon GC (Kindle, here I come!) and a bunch of cookie-making stuff, my mom completed my Willow Tree Nativity Set (she's been giving me new pieces every year), my sister came to visit me and brought an ornament from San Juan, my cousin sent a sweet little nativity from Mexico.
It was a nice Christmas!
