As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Awesome work news
So my boss called me into her office this afternoon and said, so XXX told me I could officially tell you that the company approved for you to get a 3% raise and a $150 holiday bonus. The bonus will be on my paycheck this week, the raise will go in effect Jan 1st so I will see that on the next paycheck. YEAH!!!
