Dutch oven- not about farting under covers
Anyone have one? favourite recipes or uses would be most welcome...thanks!
Re: Dutch oven- not about farting under covers
I have a Le Creuset big round dutch oven kinda like this:
It mostly gets used by DH when he makes his delicious homemade mac&cheese.

It goes straight fromt he stove top to the oven, Christin
I'll take any and all of those recipes...i wonder if i can find bison ribs nearby?
A dutch oven can go from stove top to oven at a really high heat. I use mine for pot roasts and soups.
I would love a mac and cheese ressypee that uses one. It must be cheeselicious.

The chicken is kind of ugly when it's done, but it's very tasty.

DH found a recipe online that had lots of high ratings and then did some slight modifications and it's super good. I couldn't give you the exact recipe though, sorry.
I usually have good luck with the high-rated recipes on allrecipes.com
