I'm loving your Christmas photos on fb! I have a question for you about your new lens - has it been hard adjusting to a manual lens? I received a 50mm lens for my birthday but haven't had a ton of time to practice with it yet. I am disappointed that our camera doesn't allow a 50mm to auto focus!

    Yes! The Christmas pictures were taken with my 18-55 lens, but the ones I took of Brody with the 50mm, most of them were blurry. I think it's good I'll be forced to learn how to manual focus, but it's not easy when your subject is a quick moving 1 year old Smile

    I'm glad to hear it's not just me! I was looking at a friend's photos with her new 50mm (she has a Canon) and I was jealous of how sharp her photos are! I was thinking of taking a private photography class to get some tips. If I do, I'll definitely share them with you!
