T has a conference in Vegas in January and I'm tagging along. We've been once before, only for a couple days so we didn't do much. Aside from stalking Christin's sister, what should we do? I want to go to the neon graveyard. And recs for shows?

Re: Vegas, baby.
Please, please, please stalk Christin's sister!
I have never been to Vegas, so I am no help. I just got a call from my new boss--I am heading to Orlando for our big conference. I wish I would have time for Harry Potter and Butter Beer, but I think I will only see the inside of the hotel and the convention center.
We spent a weekend there last year for our anniversary. We saw "Love" the cirque du soleil show and it was awesome. I didn't know what to expect but it was better than I imagined.
We also ate brunch at Mesa grill which was fantastic! My SIL saw peep show and loved it.
We are going in March and are going to see Zumanity.
Depending on when in January you are going, the Consumer Electronics show and the Adult Entertainment Awards / Show are going on.
I saw Zumanity and loved it. It is a little....risque, though. I have heard good things about Cirque du Soleil "O" which I think is at the Bellagio. I also saw Phantom at the Venetian which was good. When we went to pick up our tickets an hour before the show, my Aunt kept talking about how poor we were and the ticket lady upgraded us to the 10th row. So, talk people up and you might get some upgrades. I don't recommend talking about being poor because that was a little embarassing.
You should go to New York New York and ride the roller coaster and just look around a bit. The jelly bean Statue of Liberty is cool. The Bellagio is also cool to look around.
There is some place in the middle of the strip, sort of near the Coca cola and M & M place where you can buy show tickets the day of the show at discounted rates. You should try that out. I beleive it is on the east side of the strip. Also check out the Hard Rock Cafe. They have lots of concerts - we saw Santana last time we were in Vegas.
About a block off the strip near Hard Rock is the Hoffbrahaus. It is like a a fake German festhaus. The food is decent, the beer is good and we got to see a real Polka band from Austria. They played a lot of pop songs Polka style. It was fun.
In downtown Vegas (I recommend taking the bus down there, don't walk. It's too far for that) there is the Freemont Street Experience, which is pretty cool. It's sort of like a laser light show. I felt it was worth the trip down there.
I also wanted to see Peep show. I was sort of intrigued by that.
11/11/11 = 5 years. Woah!
I love Vegas. I love everything about it. The only show I have seen was the Thunder from Down Under. Don't do that. It was boring...and T probably wouldn't like it too much. I just love walking around, shopping, eating, and people watching. Bellagio, Venetian, and Winn are good places to see. They all have great design and are fun to look at. My favorite place to stay is Planet Hollywood (got married there).
Yeah, that's all I got. I love it. Can I come?
