  • I'll go first.

    ...it wasn't so good.

    DH and I went to Aruba for a week and I didn't count one point.  I didn't do terribly... but it wasn't great either.  Then, I got back and it was Christmas weekend and I didn't hold back.  I weigh in tomorrow morning and I know two 'good' days aren't going to make up for the two weeks I've been not following the program.

  • I kicked butt this week!  I lost 2 pounds and am finally under 160 for the first time in a year!  Total weight loss: 6 pounds.  Not bad.  My goal is 34 more. 

    My only worry is not being able to keep this up once school starts back up next week.  But I'm going to try my hardest, that's for sure.  I found some meal choices I love and with a lot more energy I know I can wake up early and eat breakfast and make better lunches.

  • Way to go angelaggie! This past week has bad..to put it bluntly. With the holidays I've been tempted by way too much, and my self control has been left behind. Dh and I are headed home tomorrow. My plan is to clear out all of the crap leftover from the holidays, yet our meals planned for the rest of the week and start the day fresh. Wed is my normal weigh in day so I'll go tomorrow and face the music ;)

  • well, I'm back from weigh in and lost a pound!

    Honestly, it's not much - but its a lot better than gaining so I'm pleased.  This week is a new week.   

  • Miraculously, I lost four pounds! I thought that I had gained for sure, so I am shocked. But it is a great motivator since the holidays are over. Good luck this week, everyone!
