Does your car have a name??
I saw this on another site- whether or not you have nicknames for your car (or other object you love). Supposedly, being attached to things like cars fills "romantic voids."
Regardless- I thought it was funny because DH is soo guilty of this! He names everything! I brought home a peace lily so we'd have a plant and he promptly named "her" Angela! He's so goofy like that. His cars: Lucy the SHO and Lexi the SRT-4. Lol My new car... yea, I think he's getting a name. And I think it's going to be Max. Because Max is cool like that. 
Please tell me we are not the only ones! I wanna hear em if you got em!

My car has a name...but it is sooooo dorky. DH was a biochemistry major in college and my first license plate began with the letters DNA, so we named my car "Deoxy"...short for Deoxyribonucleic acid. Incredibly dorky, but it stuck. So that's her name (its just a little sporty Chevy cavalier, so it's definitely a her).
DH's car is sometimes referred to as "The silver bullet," which is funny because it's just a Honda Accord. There's millions of them around town.

Hahaha, oh my. I love these stories! Too funny about the rubber plant Roberta. And I don't think Deoxy is too dorky- it's cute!!
Kim- that's so weird that your friend's car Lucy was a red Ford Taurus- DH's Lucy is a red Ford Taurus SHO (faster edition or whatnot). I wonder if there are other red Taurus Lucys out there??
