holy cow, 27 days left, almost full-term! how are you feeling? how's scott holding up?

I know, how did this happen?! I'm feeling good for the most part. Getting really uncomfortable though.....I can't wait to be able to bend over again without a fear of falling over! lol....
My calves are starting to swell a little, I've noticed at night when I take my socks off there is quite an indent there. Luckily, I still have ankles
I had some of my first contractions this weekend. Realized that it was an actual contraction and not just BH! My stomach was really hard most of Saturday night and at one point I had some cramping in my lower abdomen and back, my doula pointed out yesterday that it's what a real one feels like. So I'm glad that I know what to look out for now.
Scott is getting really excited. He's so funny, he's on vacation this week and has been working non-stop around the house finishing up the last small "to-do's". I think the baby has the nicest room in the house now! He emailed me yesterday when I sent him the 36 week update and was like "holy cow, it's almost time!"

yes, our nursery furniture is definitely the nicest in the house, lol!
glad you're still feeling pretty good, and now know what a contraction feels like! i don't like the "unknown." we start our childbirth classes on tuesday so i'm excited/nervous about that. glad you still have ankles!!! i'm already uncomfortable... i can't imagine 3 more months of this! but i'm sure i'll make it through just like everyone else
