Seventh Anniversary

Anyone have anything fun planned?

H and I are using our time off to install bamboo floors in one of our guest rooms so we'll be doing that.  We don't have anything planned for NYE yet.  It might be a quiet one at home which would be ok with me.

    I am pretty sure MH is going to go to his friends house and me and the baby are going to stay home.  MH has been spending New Years with this family for 20 years and he has seen them once in the 5 months since K has been born.  It will be good for him to go out and K goes to bed at 8pm so we can't take her anywhere.  I will probbaly be asleep by 9.

    We usually stay home on NYE - too many crazy/drunk drivers out there. And since Evan goes to bed by 8pm usually, I don't think our plans are going to change this year. Lol. We're old, married and boring now ;)

    We normally go hang out at a friend's house each NYE, but this year I think DH, DS and I will just stay at home. I'm not really feeling going out anyway, so it might just be a quiet night here, which is ok with me. :)

    We are looking up places to go.  We might do a nice dinner in and then head out to the bar.  Or we were looking at a James Bond casino night thing at a hotel in DC.  Casino games, dancing, drinks, etc. it might be fun!  We need to decide soon though!

    We are staying around here, having our own little party.  We are also spending the weekend (since DH has a long weekend) starting to paint our downstairs' guest bedroom and living room.  Might as well since he has the 3 day weekend and I have the week off this week since school is not in session.

    All we're doing is spending time with our new little one. I might cook a nice dinner and we'll probably just lay on the couch and watch movies or the countdown stuff.
