The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo...
Anyone read this book? I read it on the HM and now I am onto The Girl who played with Fire and OMG I love it. Totally not the type of book I would usually buy but I love reading and getting to a part where I'm like "Holy crap!" lol
Re: The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo...
Books read in 2012: 21/50
I love that series! I'm on the third one...
I also highly recommend the movies (the Swedish ones, not the new American one, which I have a feeling may not capture the books as well). I've watched the first two. The third is in the theater now.
you should! I am flying through them because I can't wait to read more
I want to finish all the books before I watch the movies. It's ok with the subtitles even?
Oh definitely. I saw the first in the theater and the second on DVD, and DVD was fine (I might not make it to see the third in the theater since I haven't read that one yet). I noticed you can actually watch the DVD "dubbed" or subtitled. I prefer subtitles to dubbing, but you could just go with dubbing. They're very fast-paced, and the dialogue isn't that much.

For almost the first half of GwDT I was not too into it, but it was all I had on the HM (bought it at the airport because I had forgot to buy one earlier), so I kept reading and then it got REALLY good. The second one I liked right away but would probably not be able to piece it together right away had I not read #1
I love all of those books. I think I read the whole series (which was 7 or 8 books at the time) in like a week or so. Such quick, mindless reads

Definitely! I even bought the first season of the show on DVD when I saw it on sale at Best Buy...I am totally sucked in!
