NYE Plans
How are you ringing in the new year?
I have to work on both NYE and New Years Day. So we are having a nice dinner at home and then watching a movie and then the ball drop (if I don't fall asleep first).

Ahh, I haven't been on the nest in forever. No particular reason other than life/holiday busy-ness! Work's quiet today though, so I thought I'd come over...hope you don't mind me hoping back in...
We're still trying to decide what to do on NYE. I'm VERY MUCH an "at home with the family" fan of NYE. For some reason, it seems like the most meaningful way to bring in the new year. But, this year...
one of our friends invited us to a party at his place (he just bought his house a year ago and it is the first invite we've had) so I hate to say no.
Then, just this week, we got invited to an older couple's (from our church) lake house (we have no idea who the other attendees will be!).
and honestly, we've been so busy, all I want to do is stay home...but that's really not an option.
We don't mind you jumping back in at all! It is good to see you back!
I also wanted to let you know that your blog was posted last week (maybe?) in response to a fostering post. I have really enjoyed reading through your journey! GL with everything!

I dunno what we're doing for New Years, we are probably hanging out with some of our good friends. Might go out, might stay in.
