ALB book club - book, no spoilers
Anyone started the book? HD I know you already read it. I'm over halfway through and I find it hard to put down. I really want to finish it soon too because I want to start using my reader and see how I like that over an actual book.
Re: ALB book club - book, no spoilers
I finished it.
I love my nook. Much easier to handle then a book with a baby lol.
I've been holding out to see if I'll have enough GCs to get a Nook and get the book for that.
Dar - did you get the Kindle?
I finished the book last night. All I can say is have tissues ready.
I didn't ask for a reader for Christmas but my parents got me the Sharper Image reader - literati. I've never heard of that kind of reader before. I'm assuming my mom got it at BJ's or Sam's Club or something. I'm sure she didn't know the difference between a nook, a kindle and this. I started reading Hunger Games last night on it. I don't mind using the reader. I thought I'd hate reading using it since I hate reading off a computer screen but it's not bad.
Hope you have enough GC's! My literati came with a bunch of books and I got a few GC's to download some more.
LOTS AND LOTS of tissues needed.
DH wanted to get me the new nook color for Christmas and I opted out. My nook is only about a year old and I LOVE the e-ink. I didnt want the nook color because it does away with that and resembles a computer screen which after long periods of time bothers my eyes.
I am currnently reading a random vampire book from my niece
I joted down the list that you girls came up with as go to books when its time for another one though.
This is my first book on the literati but I like it. It's not as bright as a computer screen and actually resembles a book in size and shape. I thought it might bother my eyes but it hasn't.
What is the e-ink? I'm new at all this reader stuff.
