As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Third Person Thursday
Shelley is ready to leave for the day. She only has to work till noon and is feeling rather overwhelmed at the moment with everything she needs to get done in the next 2 hours.
Shelley has to go home and clean the house. She is not feeling motivated to clean.
Shelley is glad she sent her DH to NH to go ice fishing with his college buddies. Now Shelley can clean the house at her own pace and relax. Shelley plans on surprising him with oatmeal raisin cookies tomorrow when he get shome.
Shelley is excited to see her family this weekend and celebrate Christmas and New Year's with them.
Shelley thinks her Dad is being really funny and can't wait to talk to him New Year's Day. He is going to see Lynard Skynard at Foxwoods and is so excited he has been listening to nothing by L.S. since Christmas.

Wendy is so cold this morning and she is still wearing the lining of her coat.
Wendy can not wait for the nausea to stop creeping up on her when she doesn't expect it.
Wendy thought she would totally fall on her a$$ this morning since everything was covered in freezing rain.
Brie is pretty much just killing time at her desk today. Sorting through a conference binder from a membership marketing event she attended in 2005, that she really hasn't looked at since just after the event. Shockingly enough, she hasn't pulled anything out of it worth keeping. Hello office recycle bin!
Brie and Drew had a great time with one of Drew's friends last night who just came out. He's one their GM, and has known Drew since 5th grade. Great guy, and he seemed so relieved to finally be telling his friends and family. Brie can only imagine the weight that's been lifted off his shoulders.

Dani has nothing to do at work and is bored out of her mind. She is so bored that she just sanitized every item on her desk.
Teresa is tired and is happy that today is her Friday. Teresa has had really sore muscles in her neck and back all week and they are just starting to loosen up.
Teresa will really enjoy her three days off. She will probably go and return some christmas gifts that she got duplicates of.
Teresa also needs to update her resume this weekend as she was told that 2 perm. positions will be opening up in her department in Jan. They are only telling her and one of the other temps about this. She thinks it sounds like more of a formality that she has to apply for the position. Teresa will be keeping her fingers crossed that that works out. She can't afford too many more months having to pay for health insurance through her temp agency.

Kate is feeling a litle bit guilty as she has sent Duncan to day care today eventhough Kate still home on vacation. To make up for it, Kate has cleaned both bathrooms, Dunc's room, the kitchen and is currently cleaning the livingroom and doing laundry.
Kate is excitied because since Dunc is a daycare, she and Jim can go see a movie this early afternoon. She can't wait...now the decision of what to see.
Finally, Kate is happy there is snow, actually more than just a sprinkling, coming. She will take anything! Kate is tired of cold temps and no snow. And Kate knows Dunc will be facinated by it.
Brie will keep her fingers crossed that Teresa gets good news! Brie started off as temp with her company, and going permanent was such a great feeling!

Shelley is off of work till Monday and plans on relaxing.
Shelley has to go to the grocery store and clean the house today before she can relax.
Shelley is so fed up with the new wireless router DH installed. Her laptop doesn't like it and keeps dropping the connection then reconnecting within seconds. Shelley hopes the new router DH ordered that arrived yesterday will fix this issue. If not, Shelley is going to scream. She has already retyped this 4 times.
Teresa highly recommends True Grit. It was really good.
