Hey Ladies! I have a cooking question for you.
We're having Olivia's birthday party this weekend, and we're having shredded chicken sandwiches. We're just going to have some BBQ sauce and stuff on the side for people to add on, but how would you cook the actual chicken? I usually boil the chicken, then shred it and cook it in BBQ, but how would you cook it if you aren't adding the sauce to it?
Just salt & pepper it? Chicken broth? Any ideas?
I'm sure I'm making this far too difficult...

When I made a large amount for the baby shower, I just did it in the crockpot with a small amount of water sot keep it moist. Then shredded it right there also.
I just added a little TS seasonings, onion, garlic and some season salt. Not much of each!
