Re: Confession Session and Good Thought Thursday
Ok. Confession: I am a total paranormal romance geek. I love Twilight (team Jasper) and I have random Twilight parafanelia in my cube, one of which is a rubber ducky that is dressed up like Jasper that I purchased from Etsy.
Also, I convinced my husband that he is too sick today to go to his parents for dinner because I have a lot of errands to run and didn't feel like going over there. I'm bad, I know. But we are going to see them Saturday

Confession: I'm a secret snacker. DH has gained some weight in the last few years & he's gotten really motivated lately to lose it. He's eating super healthy & going to the gym, so I'm being supportive & cooking good dinners & not eating junk around him. What he doesn't know is that before I made our egg white omelets this morning, I ate like 4 Double Stuff Oreos. And they were delicious. Shh, don't tell.
Also, I just upgraded our cable package today so now we'll have HBO. Basically we'll be paying an extra $16 a month ONLY because I want to watch "Big Love" when it comes back in a couple weeks. That's commitment, huh? I think the only reason DH let me do it is it'll let him catch up on "Entourage" with the OnDemand. Otherwise he's probably want to choke me out for spending even MORE money on TV. I watch too much as it is.
Good thoughts: I have to send all my love & good thoughts to my hometown this week. A guy I graduated high school with was killed in a car accident on Christmas Eve. He had a 2 year old son. So sad. This is going to sound crazy but I swear there's some "Final Destination" sh!t going on down there. In 8th grade, there were 92 kids in my class. By graduation, 6 of them had died, all separately & of different things (car accidents, alcohol poisoning, trampled in a crowd, heart attack, hunting accident). In the 7 years since then, 6 more have died. That's a crazy percentage.

I haven't been very naughty this week!
This isn't very exciting, but it's all I can think of. I bought a new NEW car today, my first new vehicle, and I am freaking out about the car payment. It isn't much more than what I was paying with 2 vehicles, but now it is just one BIG payment instead of 2 smaller ones. I am beginning to think it was something I should have thought more about but WTH you only live once right?
