As some of you know, my DH has been laid off for about 14 months now, and I was laid off a month ago, so things have been a little rough.
Back in September after applying for over 400 positions, DH was given a contingent offer for a really great job, but that was just the beginning of a 9-step hiring process that would hopefully end in a final offer. He recently made it through one interview process that only 10% of potential hires make it through, so I was really proud of him, but still nervous about him making it to the final offer, since there were still 3 more steps in the process.
Today he got a call that one of the field offices wants to pick him up!!! I am SO SO excited, but this means another interview, another background check and a drug test before everything is finalized. AND, we don't know where this office is yet - it could be anywhere in the country.
I would LOVE your thoughts and prayers and good vibes and whatever positivity you can spare. Hopefully I will have good news to post in the near future!
