Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Made an offer on a house
Today was a busy day. We took a second tour through a house we were interested in, made an offer, and they made a counteroffer. We are now asking for the washer and dryer too in their counter offer price!!!! This will be the first house for my husband and me so it is big news to us!!! I will keep you posted.
