want to see my christmas present?
We're getting the dog!!!!! I am soooooooooo excited! Isn't he beautiful?
Now, we've already booked our flights to Key West in February. Can anyone recommend a great dog boarder? I hate to do this to him already, but without family in state we don't really have any other choice... Thanks, ladies!
Re: want to see my christmas present?
Hes adorable! Congrats, theres nothing like owning a dog. :-) We have a girl that we use as a pet sitter/house sitter and she's fantastic. Not sure if you want to go that route but let me know and I can get her information for you. She's super affordable and a little on the geeky side but our animals loved her.
Yay!!! Merry Christmas to your new pup!!!
I don't have a boarder that we use but I have friends who board their pets...I will ask.
Yayyyy!!! I love my pets; I'm sure you'll give him a great home!

forSorry for the nest hiccup! Anyways, I'd check with whoever is going to be his vet for boarding info. We always leave our dog with my parents (he loves going to grandma's house) so I don't have any personal experience. Here's my vet's website:

Congratulations on the new family member - adorable!
You guys totally seem like you should have a dog.
The boarder we've used is not terribly helpful to you as it's in Bellingham, but I do adore the lady. (it's tough to find places for three dogs when we travel, so we've brought one there quite a few times) I believe we got the name through the vet as others suggested.
It took 5 failed IUIs and a failed IVF, but our FET worked!

Congrats on the new dog! One thing I would look at with boarding is a place that has a doggy day care. You may have to be a client (ie dog goes to day care at least once a week) but it would be a great place to leave him because the dogs play all day long and then are crated at night. When Tyson was alive, that's what I would do. And if I need to, I would do the same with Josie when the time comes.
There's a new place in Providence that I am thinking of trying out once a week with her so that I have a place to board her when necessary. Its call the Barking Lot.
Best of luck with the new addition!
