I'm officially an ATL nestie
Hi ladies!! Wanted to thank everyone for the information on where to look for living a couple of months ago. DH and I found a place in woodstock and finally moved up here the day after Christmas.
I was wondering for those of you who live in woodstock, which gyms do you recommend around here and are you looking for a new workout partner?

For gym recs, it all depends on which "side" of Woodstock you're on. There's a huge one on Hwy 92 called Lifetime Fitness that gets raves. I don't know a lot about it, but it has everything (and you pay a lot for it). Over on the Towne Lake side of the world, there is LA Fitness (which we just canceled due to cost/lack of use, but was fine), Fitness 19, WOW - Work Out Woodstock, and a few others. When we decide to get another gym membership, we will likely go to WOW. A coworker raves about it and it is only $10/mo. if you don't go to classes. I think it's $20 if you do classes. It is small, but that is fine with us.
