AW: First attempt at a 'Bûche de Noël'
Here it is! I am very proud of my b?che! And...it's gluten-free!!!
I made a orange-chocolate genoise and rolled in a chocolate-mocha meringue-based buttercream. Then I topped it with a chocolate-orange meringue-based buttercream. Shaved some chocolate for the bark, made some meringue mushrooms, and decorated the sides with some Christmas tree branches and fresh cranberries. It tasted as good as it looked!
