NER: Help - my Halloween costume is sooo short!
I have two costume parties this weekend and I bought my costume online. It just came today. It looked much longer online. I just put it on and it barely covers my butt! Plus the waist is more empire on me. My idea was a pair of black spanks or something. Any other ideas? Here's my costume:

dunno how much of a sewer you are but you could check to see if there is room to spare in the hem. if so you could redo it - even just a really basic stitch w/ black thread will be fine on the black fabric.
or - do you have another black skirt you could wear instead or is it a full dress under there?
Isn't it funny how coverage sometimes make the problem more evident?
