Santa brought me an iPod Touch, a GPS, and an awesome computer tote big enough to fit all the stuff I need for school in 1 bag. My amazing BF got me a spa day at Avallon Salon. I'm so excited!

DH and I did not exchange gifts this year
We were responsible and put $ into savings since it will cost us a million dollars to *maybe* have a bebe.
My parents gave us cash money and a few other things ---- like an LSU Snuggie
So jealous. I'm dying for a spa day.
First of all, 10 points for Jenn's BF!
I got a new camera which I'm pumped about since my old one sucked. I also got a cute necklace & earings from Etsy, some perfume, a super adorable houndstooth cape, and a doppler to hear the bebe with.

I got my Big Buddha bag that I ordered weeks ago. I luff it. I also got a digital picture frame, some stuff for the kitchen and Santa renewed my Good Housekeeping subscription.
And I'm going to be a spoiled brat for a moment and pout on here since I can't pout anywhere else. The only things I got that I wanted were the purse (which I ordered for myself) and the magazine subscription. I love my husband but he gets a big Fail this Christmas. I got him EVERYTHING he asked for and while he gets huge points for trying, none of what he got me was on my list. At all.
So I decided that I'm getting an iphone whether he likes it or not. Merry Christmas to me.
well I'll be a spoiled brat and vent too. I got a lot of cooking type stuff this year which yeah, I do like to cook. But I like more than just that! I like clothes, makeup, jewelry, etc. I just kinda feel like people were lazy and threw some random cooking junk in and was like tada, Christen's done. It'd be nice to get some other "stuff'" too!
Amen, sister. It's so frustrating to put so much thought into gifts for everyone else and get something in return that was totally an afterthought (hence, the digital picture frame from GMIL).
MrShoe got me some cake decorating stuff which is great but for weeks I thought I was getting the new John Grisham novel and couldn't wait to curl up on the couch with my new book. Yeah, the Martha Stewart Cupcake book didn't quite have the same effect.
