We're a really weird family in that we rarely make the same dishes more than a couple times a year. But this one DH and I never get tired of. I found it a few years back in my step MIL's Women's Day. Easy and tasty.

Mmm, that sounds delicious! We're the same at our house. In fact, one of the things I'd like to do this year is actually repeat recipes more often. I get so enthusiastic about trying new recipes that I forget about ones we love. I think I may spend most of MLK day coming through my magazine binders and cookbooks to create a list of recipes to make again in 2011!
