Any runner post c-section?
Ok runners, did any of you have a c-section before?
When I run it hurts like my incision is going to burst open. Like hurts from the inside. Is this normal?
I have to go in for my annual exam this month and im going to ask the dr. about it, but to me it doesn't seem normal. Plus I still have a lot of painful nerve damage from the c-section.
