New workout DVD that I like

is by Jillian, called "yoga meltdown". Okay, so the true yogis out there would have their blood curdling if they heard "rep it out" or "stick it" coming from their yoga instructor but all in all, it gets my heart rate up, I sweat, It's definitely still yoga and it only takes 30 minutes of my day. All in all, I'd say it is a 5 star accomplishment finding this new work out.

  • I've had that DVD since last spring and finally tried it a few weeks ago. I only last about 15 minutes and I'm in fairly decent shape from doing Crossfit. It was hard!
  • Every exercise takes different muscles. I'm sure it won't take you long to get into it. I was pretty ok with it, except the push ups, I have to do them on my knees and I don't last the whole time. But that's good, I need to build upper body strength for sure! I do a lot of yoga though.

Yeah, I think that was actually my wake-up call that I needed more variety in my exercise routine! I've been doing Crossfit since May. The workout changes every day, but different forms of exercise are still important for overall fitness.

  • And maybe I should try this crossfit thing!
