First, happy New Year ladies! It's already 2011 for the east coasters! I have 36 minutes left in this decade & I intend to spend them drinking champagne, eating pizza rolls, and watching "Mad Men" with DH. But I was thinking of something earlier today & wanted to get you ladies in on it.
Y'all know I work in a primarily female environment. Bath & Body Works isn't exactly dripping with testosterone. Something I've been noticing a lot of at work lately is what I'm choosing to call chick-negativity. As girls, we're SO much harder on ourselves than the guys. "I'm fat, I hate my hair, I hate my nose, blah blah blah." What the heck is up with that? We're damn awesome.
So since I love all the 10-10 babes so much, I think we should start 2011 thinking something POSITIVE about ourselves. I know we're all smart & funny & all that good stuff. But I think it's not always as easy to say something you like about yourself physically. Here's my new years challenge for you b!tches. Tell me something about you that makes you a smokin' hottie!

Re: Bringing in 2011 on a positive note
I'm a pretty amazing cook, who hosts great parties.
ETA: Well darn it, I thought I was being creative by posting non-physical attributes that made me sexy, but apparently I was so creative that I was the only one and now I feel like I missed the whole point of the OP. Fine then...I'll post some physical ones. I have awesome skin that is blemish free and soft. I have long, thick hair. And my tiny little mouth makes a cute smile.
I have big beautiful hazel eyes and gigantic pouty lips!
I enjoy this, thanks Sara!
I can be a horrible chick-negativity person, I've got awful self esteem.
BUT! On the positive side, I'm rocking some seriously gorgeous dark red hair (natural), and man can I move. I can do some fantastic sexy dancing.

I like this post!
I have really soft smooth skin. Jason is constantly telling me how he loves holding onto me because my skin is so soft. I also have really pretty brown with auburn undertones hair. When it was longer (pre wife chop) I was constantly getting told I should be a hair model lol.
I've always had really high self esteem. I've always been over weight and although that gets to me sometimes, I know I am beautiful, smart, caring, and funny and those are things a lot of people don't have. I truly love me and am happy I found a guy who loves me just as much.
Thanks! I needed this!
I love my strawberry blonde curly hair as well as my green eyes that have a brownish color surrounding my pupils!
I needed this too!
I'm damn good at ballroom dancing! After over a year of lessons, and many years to come, DH and I are pretty awesome on the dance floor, especially the Samba
Love this post, wish more of us responded.
I have an incredible smile that's coupled with two large dimples and my full, heart-shaped lips. I have dark features that compliment my medium skin tone. I have an amazing a$$ that flows nicely with my hour-glass shape.
