Anastasia, you're my girl & I freaking love you.
And I know what you mean about it just being you & Joe & your family. Clinton & I have only been in Kentucky since May, and we're four hours away from my family & like eighteen away from his. We've made a few friends here, but it's mostly just us. So it's nice having a community of girls to be "girlfriends."

I haven't unfriended anyone, I have no idea if you're my friend on facebook or not. I don't think so because I would have recognized your name. I've added a lot of people in wedding dresses and it takes me a while to figure out who is who. If you request me, I'll add you and I don't go through and delete people.
The only people who I won't add are people who have done me harm in someway or people I don't feel comfortable knowing well.
In the sake of total disclosure - I am on the old facebook site, I am not on the new facebook site. I think I started posting in January 09? But I go in spurts. I did say on the facebook site a couple of things about the fuzzy thoughts thread.
But I also stated that I don't care about new or old in that thread. And I also feel that that type of thread can't repair the damage that has been done to the board. I don't always agree with everything people I know well say or do. But you know what? I do enjoy the joking around and I think people should be upfront and confront one another directly when they have an issue. And I will stand behind everything I have said publicly or privately. And when I'm wrong I'm wrong. I have never deliberately tried to hurt anyone.
Things did get out of hand the other day, but by locking the posts and trying to avoid the whole situation all that has happened is to divide the board. I like people on both sides of the divide so unless I'm not welcome I'll post with both.
As Jackie said, you really shouldn't hang all your stars on what people on the internet think or say. I'm sorry that people deleted you. If I had a significant number of friends drop me, it would hurt my feelings too. Just try not to take it personally. I don't know SE's name and I can't remember her handle exactly, but maybe there are several people like her who don't like the drama and are cutting it out of their personal lives.
