Nestie chefs... need a good recipe, please!
I know we've got some great cooks here so I thought I'd ask. Do any of you have a good recipe for pork tenderloin? DH and I bought one tonight, and while various family members have made them before, I've never tried it myself. I'd really like to not screw it up on my first try.

I have made this a few times. It turns out great everytime. I do shorten the cooking time by about 20 minutes though.

It was REALLY good... I used egg noodles so it was kinda like "pork" stroganoff, but the sauce was whiter and creamier. YUM!
