Hey, I've been reading your posts about Weight Watchers today. I used to be a member, but canceled because I didn't want to pay anymore. Instead I joined Spark People (sparkpeople.com).
It's just like WW, but it's free and you don't get points. It's gives you a calorie range for each day and then gives you feedback based on what you eat. It offers food, fitness and weight tracking and has the same type of message boards and recipe finders that you get with WW. It also offers meal plans so you don't even have to think about what to eat, it will tell you if you want. I think it'd be a good alternative for you if you're like me and need to track everything so you feel more accountable for what you eat and when you work out.
