Have we discussed resolutions yet?
What have you got, ladies? What's on your resolution list this year?

Re: Have we discussed resolutions yet?
I'm not going to call them resolutions, but goals for 2011.
1. I want to lose at least 50 pounds this year by eating healthier and exercising at least 3 times a week
2. Organize my second bedroom (I got this one done!)
3. Complete some scrapbooks (Texas, Cruise, NY and then scrapbook for trips I took years ago)
4. Clean and organize my house. I plan on going through one room at least each weekend or every other weekend. Want to clean and purge things
5. Learn how to use my cricut mini and make things.
6. Make more cards for birthdays and card cupids.
7. Learn how to use my I-rock.
8. Learn how to sew better and practice more.
9. Try not to spend money unless necessary (buy too many craft stuff thinking I "need" it).
10. Read at least 5 books.
11. Start thinking about what I want to make for Christmas 2011 and work on it earlier
1. spend less money. John and I talked about this the other day, and we really want to get some of our debt paid off this year, so we can start improvements to our house, like pouring a new back patio and putting new carpet in the bedrooms and living room.
2. focus more on work while at work. John works mostly nights, so I am home alone with Chase and I can't work on school stuff while he's awake.
3. worry less. This is the most important for me. I stress myself out all the time, and since having Chase, I am learning to relax and just let stuff be. I am getting better at this but am def a work in progress!
I suppose I should answer my own question.
1. Lose 10-15 pounds. I'm so annoyed with myself that I currently weigh only 3 pounds less than I did at the beginning of 2010.
2. Read more.
3. Clean something every day. I'm hoping that this will help me to avoid day-long cleaning sessions, which I always put off for way too long anyways (and I hate them).
4. Spend less time online. Since I work 40+ hours a week online, and I'll be starting an online class in about two weeks, this most likely means cutting back on nesting and FB.
5. Work on getting and staying more organized.
6. Drink more water/less pop.
7. DH and I together are going to make an effort to eat out less, and to stop relying on the convenience of pizza and Applebee's carside-to-go. We're hoping this will help us do a better job of sticking to our budget and at the same time help me with goal #1.

DH and I are not really making any resolutions for this year, simply because James is due in March, so we have got a major life change coming our way!
Now that the holidays are over, we are going to try and stop eating out as much. We're both pretty motivated to eat at home right now, simply because our lives have revolved around food so much since Christmas! So much eating out with family, baking, etc.
i never really "do" resolutions because let's be honest - has anyone ever really stuck to one?? haha.
some lifestyle changes i'm making include:
-arriving early or at least ON TIME to work every day! (to do this i am waking up earlier and leaving far before the "last minute" I'm still going strong on work day #3! haha.
-read more, less computer
-not being so selfish in our marriage
